CBS Interview

On Wednesday, November 3rd, my brother and I were interviewed by Mr. Reid, a CBS reporter for a show called Helping Hands. This show which airs on CBS, this morning, shines a light on individuals who are making a difference in their community. My brother and I talked about the recent work we have done in our community and how we are continuing to strive to engage others to fight food insecurity. We mentioned the White House Conference on food insecurity which we took part in to discuss this issue on a national level with government leaders. This interview gave us another opportunity to outreach with others and talk about the work we are continuing to do to help fight food insecurity in our community.
