Beyond the Crisis will contribute nutritional foods to food insecure residents nationwide. We want to give large amounts of nutritious food to help aid, growing and developing children and adolescents. In addition, we want to make sure that all the food that we deliver meets USDA standards.
Furthermore, through networking with countless local food banks, grocery stores, and other sources, we hope to mitigate the hunger, stress, and anxiety of men, women, and children suffering from food insecurity.
Beyond the Crisis utilize food that is donated
from community food drives, grocery stores, farms, manufacturers, retailers, and USDA commodities.
We raise funds and write grants to buy food at bulk prices and to cover operational costs. Donations are accepted to help cover the costs of transporting the food to areas where it is needed the most.
The food is brought to our facility where it is inspected and sorted by volunteers, before being transported to distribution sites. We distribute the food to partners agencies, including food pantries and community feeding programs, particularly those geared toward children.
Nationwide: Beyond the Crisis serves housing communities and homeless shelters across all 5 geographical regions and 50 U.S. States.
