Recently Partnered with Unite Us

On Friday, February 25th after a call with Arianna Weatherley, a Community Engagement Manager of Unite Massachusetts. We were invited to join Unite Us, a network that allows health and social service providers to collaborate to build healthier communities. Members in this network help address people’s social needs and improve health across communities. These social needs have an impact on individuals’ health and well-being. Partnering with Unite Us also allows us to address social care gaps and health inequities which is a major part of our organization that addresses food insecurity. Unite Us offers us precise data. This can help us make more informed predictions on which communities may need our support. Unite Massachusetts sponsors include Brighton Marine and My Care Family.
